Tonsillectomy is one of the leading surgical operations ENT profession. Chronic tonsillitis has a massive effect on quality life and tonsillectomy used to treat disease major procedure that can lead multiple intraoperative post-operative conditions, including bleeding, discomfort, etc., resulting in lack school/work impaired life. To study outcome procedures between CO2 laser conventional tonsillectomy. In this study, 50 patients with chronic were included randomized underwent tonsil removal by Laser method other side Conventional dissection method. The two was measured using duration surgery, blood loss each side. Post-operative pain tonsillar fossa healing evaluated first, second seventh day. surgery C02 11.8±3.65 minutes, 16.4±4.66 minutes. (P <0.0001) 18.74±6.86ml method; it 44.02±9.38ml. (P<0.0001) day 7 score lower than second, days, percentage slough formation 80 percent, 74 45 percent method, respectively, while 40 47 17 percent. simple results substantially less loss, shorter time.
